The Regenerative Revolution: How GOLDIC and MFAT Are Changing Musculoskeletal Care
Regenerative medicine is redefining what is possible in musculoskeletal care. This keynote explores two of the most promising biologic therapies transforming clinical practice today: GOLDIC (Gold-Induced Cytokine Therapy) and Microfragmented Adipose Tissue (MFAT). Attendees will gain insight into the science behind these innovative treatments, their mechanisms of action, current evidence, and real-world clinical applications. Through case studies and emerging research, this session will examine how advanced orthobiologics are shifting the focus from symptom management to tissue restoration, helping clinicians deliver more effective, personalized, and durable outcomes for patients.

Connecting the Knee to the Erector Spinal Musculature:
Understanding the Why for Patellofemoral Osteoarthritis
This lecture explores the relationship of the lower and upper extremity to key fascia and lumbar-thoracic structures using a biotensegrity approach. This discussion will highlight the sonoanatomy of key structures critical for normal knee and extremity function through the lumbopelvic region and thoracic spine. A case presentation will highlight these important concepts along with treatment options.
About Dr. Steele
Dr. Phillip M. Steele is Board Certified in Family Practice and completed an extra year of fellowship training to compete and become certified in sports medicine. In addition, he credentialed in RMSK (Registered Musculoskeletal Ultrasound) and is one of the top musculoskeletal ultrasound experts in the country.
He has spoken at numerous medical conferences and is considered one of the leading national and international experts on the evaluation and treatment of the brachial and cervical plexus using high-resolution ultrasound. He has chosen to specialize in non-operative sports medicine and IROM (interventional regenerative orthopedic medicine) to provide many regenerative techniques to help heal patients from around the world.
