OUTSTANDING SERVICE AWARD
ABOUT THE AWARD
The Outstanding Annual Service Award recognizes AAOM members who have demonstrated commitment to the organization’s growth and success. Committee, work group or task force membership. A maximum of two awards may be given each year.
ELIGIBILITY AND REQUIREMENTS
This service award is intended for AAOM members in good standing who go above and beyond service to AAOM. Nominee and Nominator both must be members of the AAOM at time of application, selection, and award distribution.
EVALUATION CRITERIA
Nominees for the Outstanding Annual Service Award will be evaluated based on various criteria, including:
Participation as an instructor at AAOM workshops
Development of new programs or services for, or on behalf of, AAOM
Participation in AAOM educational programs as faculty
Manage the planning, organizing, and/or conducting for the annual AAOM Scientific Conference or other AAOM workshops
Works to promote AAOM to others in the regenerative orthopedic medicine through social media, word of mouth, and generally advocating for the organization
Service as a representative to the Board
Exemplify distinguished performance as an advocate for AAOM
NATURE OF AWARD
As a result of being recognized with the Outstanding Annual Service Award, the winner will receive recognition at the annual AAOM Scientific Conference in the year of the award.
Recognition will be provided by AAOM in the form of a newsletter article, and on social media as available.
