CANCELLATION POLICY

If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason they may substitute, by arrangement with the registrar, someone else to attend in their place.

Where the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her place to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply:

  • Member Refunds: Request for refunds must be received in writing by July 15, 2026. Your refund less a 25% processing fee will be processed to you after the Workshop. No refunds will be granted after July 15, 2026.

  • Non-Member Refunds: Request for refunds must be received in writing by July 15, 2026. Your refund, less 50% processing fee will be processed after the Workshop. No refunds after July 15, 2026.

Hotel reservation changes and/or cancellations are the responsibility of the booking party. AAOM is not responsible for any required changes.
