Prolotherapy Centers of the Americas™ (PCA) Designation

Members of AAOM have the opportunity to join an elite group of doctors who demonstrate the highest quality of musculoskeletal healthcare through education and training in the field of orthobiologics, including: Prolotherapy, PRP, Stem Cells, and Regenerative Medicine, and who are known to have the respect of their peers, an excellent reputation, and expertise in the field of Regenerative Medicine. PCA Designation is the first step members take in obtaining the ultimate designation from the American Academy / Association of Orthopedic Medicine - AAOM Fellow.

PCA members subscribe to the highest standards of education, training, expertise, and ethics, and use proper protocols in standards of care. Members are committed to ongoing learning and training to keep current with existing skills, as well as the pursuit of new knowledge in the field so at all times can provide patients with the best possible outcomes.

Members complete a rigorous review process to ensure they meet the standards set by the AAOM. PCA designation is an earned privilege, not a right. It is dependent on the applicant adequately demonstrating compliance with the education, experience, and professional requirements set forth by the PCA Committee. Once approved by the PCA Committee, PCA Designees will receive:

  • Enhanced recognition in the AAOM Find a Doctor functionality

  • Use of the PCA Seal for the two-year term of approved application

  • A PCA Certificate suitable for framing.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

To become a PCA Designee, you must meet the following qualifications:
