LEARNING OBJECTIVES
The overall learning goals and objectives that we hope to achieve are to
- Describe to attendees with the background, rational, history, descriptions / options, regulations and applications for orthopedic regenerative therapies
- Present to attendees with the resources of how to utilize these therapies for MSK disorders
- Present to attendees didactic lectures, research reviews, select case reviews, and panel discussions
- Analyze the available research on regenerative orthopedic medicine treatments
- Recall the scope of Regenerative Medicine (e.g. what are stem cell versus cellular based therapies)
- Apply how injection therapies can be integrated into treatment protocols to enhance proper healing and affect chronic pain conditions
Workshop virtual demonstrations include:
- Introduction to Regenerative Medicine for Musculoskeletal Conditions
- Marketing Your Regenerative Medicine Practice - marketing objectives that guide your practice to develop and execute the best ideas that will make your goals a reality
- BMC and Adipose Fat Harvesting, Solutions and Injecting - Dr. Shiple will cover how to perform a bone marrow aspiration and fat/adipose harvesting. He will demonstrate best practices win a didactic format, followed by a video-streamed live patient demonstration.
CME CREDITS
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of Foundation for Care Management (FCM) and AAOM. The FCM is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

CANCELLATION POLICY
AAOM will not be able to estimate the costs and penalties associated with the transition of the meeting from an in person to a virtual format for some time. If you choose to cancel AAOM2020 registration, we will make every effort to give you a full refund. Your refund will be processed/mailed to you after the Conference.
Request for refunds must be received in writing by November 1, 2020. Your refund less a 15% processing fee will be processed/mailed to you after the Conference. No refunds will be granted after November 1, 2020.
