"State" Details in the Membership information

Dear administrator of the website,

I want to change my details in the web, and have go to the "Edit" part of "My Account", but I could not found a suitable "state (home" status for a city like Kowloon in Hong Kong.

How can I update my information as
Clinic address:
KH Lam Musculoskeletal And Family Medicine Centre,
G/F, 9A Luen On Street, Kwun Tong,
Kowloon,
Hong Kong.
